Business Development Consultant

At SLK, we are a forward-thinking IT solutions company specializing in Business Process Automation using Generative AI and advanced Cybersecurity solutions. Our mission is to simplify digital transformation for businesses and establish ourselves as the leading IT solutions provider in Indonesia.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our AI Driven Solutions division. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and have a knack for building strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Strategy
    – Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends in AI Based cybersecurity and BPA solutions
    – Develop and execute growth strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    – Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across industries.
    – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
    – Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients
  • Collaboration & Solution Design:
    – Work closely with technical teams to understand and communicate the value of SLK’s cybersecurity offerings
    – Customize solutions based on client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives
  • Sales Operations
    – Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract closure.
    – Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline progress
  • Brand Representation
    – Represent SLK at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in BPA and cybersecurity

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education
    – Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience
    – Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management in the cybersecurity or IT solutions sector
    – Strong network of contacts within the IT or cybersecurity industry in Indonesia.
  • Skills
    – Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, trends, and technologies
    – Strong business acumen and ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions
    – Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    – Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Other Requirements
    – Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
    – Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
